**Writers Note** The first thing I did with Hank after he purchased his lot (the third to smallest one available) is took him to China. There he purchased a tent, and 10 showers in cans. Also he purchased a bicycle. His total cost came to about §1,500 for the items. After Hank made his purchases, he went home. Yes it was a §1,400 trip for nothing more than shopping, hahaha. Note please that Hank will not be staying on the lot that he purchased. He will place his tent where ever it is convenient for him, unless he sleeps on benches for the night.
